A school bus driver was slightly injured Thursday afternoon when the bus she was operating collided with a car at 33rd and Lincoln Boulevard. No children were hurt.
The accident happened around 3 p.m.
Investigators say a car pulled out in front of the bus and the bus, with 16 passengers aboard, struck the vehicle. No one in the car was injured.
The driver of the car will be cited for failure to yield.
The woman driving the bus was complaining of head and neck injuries and was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
