A boy was seriously injured after being bit on the leg and back by a loose dog on Thursday afternoon.
Two dogs were reportedly running loose in the neighborhood of 57th & Pratt. One of the dogs bit the boy, who's around 9 years old and ran inside the house after him.
The people inside locked the dog in the bathroom until rescue crews arrived. The other dog ran off.
Both were reportedly pit bulls.
The boy was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
