Court records say Joseph Sauce made the plea last week in
Woodbury County District Court.
The charges are willful injury, which is a felony; and two misdemeanors: harassment and false imprisonment.
Police reports say Doug Inlay had planned to fire Sauce on March
11th, but police say that on March 9th, Sauce went into the office and
beat and kicked Inlay, at one point dragging him into an office,
locking the door and threatening to kill him.
Police say Inlay suffered a concussion, four chipped teeth and needed surgery on his injured nose.
Sauce's trial is scheduled for Aug. 9th.
