A 17-year-old Papillion boy made his first court appearance today following the shooting death of his 13 year-old brother.
Landon Hawkins appeared before Judge Jeffery Funk Tuesday morning for a bond hearing in Sarpy County.
Hawkins is charged with evidence tampering in the Friday night shooting death of his brother, Larenzo.
Landon Hawkins is accused of ditching a gun that may have been used in the shooting.
Bond was set at $100,000. He is free if he can post $10,000.
Hawkins' next court date is set for December 13th.
