A Council Bluffs man has been sentenced to four years in prison for possession of child pornography.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jeffrey Bozart will also be subjected to five years of supervised release following his prison sentence. The court also ordered him to pay a $100 special assessment to the Crime Victim Fund.
Authorities say the charge arose out of a Nebraska State Patrol investigation of child pornography sent through online file-sharing programs.
Federal agents searched Bozarth's home in December 2010 and found what prosecutors described as a "significant quantity" of child pornography.
