A drunk driving suspect had a blood-alcohol test that's more than five times the legal limit.
Douglas County sheriff's deputies arrested 42-year-old Scott Hoogeveen for DUI late Tuesday night. Witnesses spotted him heading toward northwest Omaha and called 911.
The Omaha police helicopter, Able One, located the suspected drunk driver and guided deputies toward him as he pulled into his driveway near 148th and Fort.
Deputies report Hoogeveen was incoherent. Taken to the sheriff's office, Hoogeveen provided a breath sample that tested .413. The legal BAC limit in Nebraska is .08.
