Highway 30 between Blair and Missouri Valley is scheduled to close five days next week. This will allow crews to re-build damage from the Missouri River flooding. Crews will also remove the temporary TrapBags which allowed the highway to remain open this summer.
The work will be completed in two stages. The first will begin at 9am Monday, October 24. The highway will be closed five days. The second stage will allow Highway 30 to be open to single-lane traffic only during daylight hours. Flaggers and pilot cars will be used at that time. Traffic in both directions will remain open during the second stage.
