The 13th annual Big Red Road Show rolls into Omaha Saturday. The University of Nebraska-Lincoln will hold the free event at the Marcus Midtown Cinema to showcase what the college life is like. The event is meant for high school students and runs from noon until 3 p.m.
"The Big Red Road Show is always a popular and beneficial event for high school students and their families," said Amber Williams, director of admissions.
Students who attend will be treated to free popcorn, soda and prize giveaways. They'll also have a chance to view more than 25 interactive booths showcasing what University of Nebraska-Lincoln has to offer.
