An accident Wednesday involved a Bellevue police cruiser.
An officer discovers a couple-- apparently having sex in a car at Swanson Park.
The man won't give his name and takes off.
Worried the woman is underage, the officer chases him.
Then the officer crashes because of the icy conditions and hits two other cars.
Thursday, we learned police have tracked the man down.
Denzel Saulter, 19, was booked for Willful Reckless Driving and Flight to Avoid Arrest.
He won't name the woman he was with and says it was consensual.
Police say --- the officer did the right thing chasing saulter.
Bellevue police Captain Chuck Clark: "This is the first time I've ever heard in our department's history where when we make contact the male party refuses to identify himself and actually bolts leaves the scene with the female in the car. That's very suspicious."
The officer was cited for Failure to Yield after colliding with the cars on Cornhusker.
Police say icy roads played a big part in the crash.
All had minor damage and no one was hurt.
