A Sarpy county prisoner faces an additional charge of attempted assisted suicide.
Twenty-year-old Justin Hogan has been bound over on the felony according to the Sarpy County Attorney's office.
In October, Hogan allegedly tied a noose for another prisoner using bed sheets which he attached to an object to hold for hanging. The prisoner was revived by jail staff.
Investigators say Hogan had attempted suicide himself. Both prisoners have been issued special bedding that can’t be fashion into a noose.
