The woman, charged in the murder of Rodney Hunt, made her first court appearance Friday and was denied bond.
Amber Perez is charged with first degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony. She was appointed a public defender and a preliminary trial date was set for February 4.
Omaha police have made another arrest in the murder of Rodney Hunt last fall.
Amber Perez was arrested Thursday morning and booked for first-degree murder. Last week, 27-year-old Samuel Ochoa was booked for murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
Rodney Hunt was shot and killed near 60th and K on October 8th. Medics rushed Hunt to the hospital in critical condition that night, but he died at the hospital.
