A Douglas County Sheriff's Office affidavit outlines an arrest outside of Omaha's Amtrak train station.
On June 27th, a deputy met with Ansel Cummings, 29, at the station, near 9th and Pacific.
The paperwork suggests it was a planned sting.
Somewhere in the conversation, the deputy says he learned Cummings was carrying 15 lbs of marijuana and roughly 80 grams of hash in his luggage.
The deputy arrested Cummings. He is charged with delivery/intent to deliver a controlled substance, and for having no drug tax stamp.
Cummings has bonded out of jail. A judge will decide if there's enough evidence to make him stand trial in district court on Monday, July 22nd.
