Symptoms of Heat Stroke:
Officials with Alegent Creighton Health told Channel 6 News by 5 p.m. Tuesday, two people were admitted to the metro area emergency departments with heat-related illnesses.
Emergency physicians are warning those out in the extreme heat to be safe. Physicians recommend keeping hydrated throughout the day and if possible, stay out of the heat.
Additionally, keep an eye pit for early symptoms of heat stroke.
