Actress Glenn Close will speak in Omaha this fall about the stigma of mental illness.
Close will visit October 3rd as part of a community event designed to raise awareness about people affected by mental illnesses. She is passionate about the issue because her sister Jessie was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when she was 51.
Statistics show that one in every four families is affected by a major mental illness.
