The accusations forming the basis for a recall drive against the York County attorney have been read into the public record at the York County commissioners meeting.
Commission Chairman Kurt Bulgrin read all five pages at Tuesday's meeting. He says he did so at the request of employees of the York County Attorney's Office.
Bulgrin and another commissioner have said they want County Attorney Bill Sutter recalled for what they say is his unprofessional conduct toward his staff and an unwillingness to prosecute cases involving child pornography or failure to register as a sex offender.
Sutter, who was elected to the post, has denied any wrongdoing and has refused the two commissioners' request to resign.
