Omaha police have released security camera video of this week’s armed robbery at an Omaha motel where three men walked out with money from the cash register and an ATM machine.
The robbery happened shortly after 3 a.m. Wednesday at the Fairfield Inn near 16th and Cuming. An employee told police she was approached by the suspects, one holding a gun, who demanded money from the cash register. The men then stole the ATM machine from the lobby.
The suspects had come in through a locked door on the south side of the building. A motel guest had opened the door to have a cigarette and was forced to give her key card to the men.
