Trash day became an adventure for collections workers -- and drivers alike on Tuesday. Many homeowners came home trying to find the lids or recycling bins.
Strong winds with gusts past 30mph blew cans and recycle bins all over.
In Dundee, we saw parked cars acting as snow fences -- holding in the debris.
In another case, it looked like milk jugs had made a run for it and tried to escape the recycling truck.
