The flood waters from the South Branch of the Weeping Water Creek the night of June 20th left Kristi Staack and Randy Fletcher with no home and no possessions. What is left will have to be bulldozed. The home of Natalie Dowling was also flooded.
Organizers hope you circle the date of Saturday, August 14th and come to Avoca for an afternoon and evening of food and music. All proceeds will benefit the flood victims.
The Cassgram reports that Vicki Moses says a hog roast begins around 3pm and there’s music through the evening. Greenblatt & Seay, Cold Steel and Cowboy Up! will perform. The Lincoln parachute club will be jumping
