A hit-and-run driver has been caught. Police say the man was involved in not one, but three incidents Friday morning.

Police were called to a crash at 30th and Burt around 5:30 a.m. Witnesses say a silver Jeep Liberty ran a stop sign and crashed into a motorcycle.

According to investigators, the Liberty was involved in three separate accidents. The first one was at 20th and Cuming prior to the 30th and Burt Street accident and a third accident at 39th and Cuming was where he was eventually detained by police.

Twenty-four-year-old Shae Minor of Council Bluffs was cited for DUI 2nd, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and willful reckless driving. He was not hurt in the crash.

The motorcycle driver, 43-year-old Todd McCarty of Council Bluffs, was taken to Creighton University Medical Center where he was being treated for a broken pelvis and a broken elbow.
