Mother And Infant Walk Away From AM Crash
Some scary moments for an Omaha mother this morning after she hit a light pole with her infant child on board.
Officials say the driver, swerved in the slick conditions to avoid hitting other vehicles, lost control of the car and hit a nearby light pole in the area of 46th and Evans Streets.
Upon hitting the pole in fell right on top of the vehicle trapping the driver and her infant child inside but both were able to exit the car safely without injury.
No other injuries were reported and no citations will be issued.
