A police chase in Sarpy County reaches speeds in excess of 100 mph. Surprisingly, the two people inside the vehicle were 13 and 15-years old.
The chase began at Highway 370 and Fort Crook Road when an officer tried to pull the teens over. Upon seeing this, the teens fled west on 370, at times reaching speeds over 110 mph.
The chase ended in the area of 114th Street and Cornhusker Road where 114th becomes a gravel road. Police say the teens lost control of the car when they hit the gravel and that's when officers were able to arrest them.
It's believed the SUV the teenagers were driving was stolen after the keys had apparently been left in the ignition.
