A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for western Crawford County, Iowa until 9:45 p.m. Sunday.

Radar indicated a severe storm four miles east of Charter Oak moving southeast at 20 mph. Dime-sized hail was reported in Ricketts.

Those in the area should go to an interior room or the lower level of a home or business and stay away from windows and glass doors. If you live in a mobile home, seek shelter in a sturdy building.
