Voter Registration Brisk South Of The Metro
Voter registration count in Cass county reported by the Cassgram.
The “Count of Registrants Eligible to Vote” in next week’s Primary Election totals 17,343 in Cass County.
Eligible voters totaled 17,716 for the General Election in 2008 and 17,625 in November 2006.
Local and state officials have worked to bring the registration rolls more up-to-date over the last few years, eliminating names of those deceased or no longer living here.
Here’s a breakdown of the political subdivisions for the primary in Cass County:
Republican Party: 8,188
Democratic Party: 5,460
Non-Partisan: 3,697
Early voter requests totaled just over 1,000 yesterday morning. The early voting ballot results will be the first batch posted just after 8pm Tuesday (5/11).
