Some scary moments for the owners of an Omaha home after a fire coming from a nearby vehicle threatened to spread to their home.
Firefighters say the blaze started just after 2 a.m. Friday morning in the area of 30th Street and Lincoln Boulevard.
Officials on the scene say when the arrived an El Camino was fully engulfed in flames and those same flames spread to the the eaves of the home.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire but the home needed to be aired out although it was deemed still liveable.
Red Cross officials were called in to assist the owners of the home and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
