A felony charge was dropped as part of a plea agreement and Troy Liveringhouse pled guilty to the amended charge of attempted threats involving explosives. There is no agreement on sentencing.
DC’s Waterhole Bar in Plattsmouth was evacuated one night last October when someone phoned the 911 center and said there was a bomb in the bar.
Sgt. Dave Murdoch and other officers responded but did not find anything suspicious. Murdoch was able to trace the cell call number which led him to Liveringhouse. Palm said Liveringhouse had been involved in a “verbal disagreement” earlier that night at the bar.
