Exclusive Golf Course Auctions Off Passes
The Dismal River Golf Club is trying to spur rural development by selling passes to its exclusive course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The Dismal River club plans to sell two one-day passes for foursomes to golf at the course during 2010. Proceeds from the sales will go to the Sandhills Journey Scenic Byway group, which promotes development along Nebraska Highway 2.
The passes will be sold online on eBay starting on April 1. One of the passes is supposed to be auctioned off, and one is being offered for immediate sale on eBay at a price of $1,200.
