Man Posing As Lawyer Busted
An Omaha man is behind bars after being arrested for falsely representing himself as an attorney.

An Omaha man is behind bars after being arrested for falsely representing himself as an attorney.
According to police reports, 48-year-old M.A. Yah was charged with three counts of misrepresenting himself as a lawyer.
The Nebraska State Bar Association contacted police after hearing Yah was practicing law without a license.
Yah is the owner of "Parental Rights" near 42nd & Grover, a business specializing in divorce, custody, visitation and child support issues. A police investigation determined that Yah had never attended law school or been licensed as an attorney.
Yah also is know under the alias Allen R. Cotton.
He was charged with three counts Criminal Impersonation and three counts Unauthorized Practice of law.
