Bond has been set at $27,250 for an Omaha man accused of threatening to burn down his house, with his family trapped inside.

Thirty-nine-year-old Albert Terry is charged with making terroristic threats and first degree arson. The charges stem from an incident at the family's home near 116th and Hartman.

Earlier this week, police say Terry started lighting clothes on fire with his five children and their mother inside. The family ran outside, but Terry ordered them to go back inside. Three of the children did as told.

Police went in immediately and brought Terry out unharmed. The children were also rescued without incident and no major damage was done to the home.
