Omaha Students' News Program To Be Broadcast Statewide
A weekly newscast produced by Omaha college students is being broadcast statewide on Nebraska Public Television this semester.
"The Omaha News" is produced by journalism students at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
UNO's "Inside Art" and "Aging in Nebraska" are already broadcast on statewide television and on The Knowledge Network on Omaha cable.
The next statewide broadcasts will be at 7 p.m., March 4, with arepeat at 1 p.m., March 7. Another statewide broadcast is scheduled for 7 p.m., April 8, with a repeat at 1 p.m. on April 11.
