One man has been arrested and warrants were issued for two others accused of burglarizing a rural Hershey, Nebraska home taking a safe containing $100,000 in gold and silver bars and coins.
The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department says 20-year-old Andrew Boekhout of Omaha, formerly of Hershey, has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and released on bond.
Two other Omaha men, Dustin Ray and Todd Hatfield, were being
sought.
The sheriff's office says the trio entered the unlocked home on November 24th and took the safe, a television and three shotguns. The
guns and destroyed safe and television have been recovered. The bars and coins are believed to be in the Omaha area.
