A mother and three children apparently suffered only minor injuries in a one-vehicle rollover Tuesday morning about 7:20am.
Sherral L. Storant, age 30, of rural Eagle was southbound on 214th Street just north of Holdredge Street. Her Ford pickup started to slide on the ice and she overcorrected and left the road, said Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann. Sheriff’s deputies and Eagle and Alvo Rescue units were dispatched.
The Cassgram reports Storant told deputies her children were in child safety seats and she was also wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. She and the children, ages 8 years, 5 years and 6 months all were transported to a Lincoln hospital to be checked out.
