A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for northeastern Platte County in Nebraska until 7:15 p.m. Sunday.
An Omaha man was hospitalized Wednesday in critical condition after being involved in a crash on his 30th birthday.
Christian Franco was involved in a rollover crash just before 5 a.m. on I-680 at Pacific Street. The one-vehicle crash tied up traffic for more than two hours.
Franco's suffered a broken neck and head injuries. Another man in the vehicle, 39-year-old Jose Avila of Bellevue, was hospitalized for a pelvic fracture, bleeding on the brain and minor spinal injuries.
Police were unable to determine who was driving.
