On Parole For Drug Conviction, Man Suspected In Attack
A 300 pound man suspected of knocking a woman to the ground and then stealing her purse, has been arrested. It turns out the suspect was on parole for earlier crimes.

A 300 pound man suspected of knocking a woman to the ground and then stealing her purse, has been arrested. It turns out the suspect was on parole for earlier crimes.
The woman was assaulted and robbed on Monday. It happened in the parking lot of the Walgreens at 8380 Harrison St. in Ralston.
Police were given a fairly detailed description of the suspect, including information that he weighed between 300 and 350 pounds.
Officers determined the suspect was Daniel J. Haacke, and have taken him into custody. Steps are being taken to revoke his parole.
