Teen Shot In Leg
A 17-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in the leg Wednesday afternoon.
Police were called to 34th Avenue and Ames Avenue around 2:15 p.m. The victim told police he heard a pop and then felt something. He looked down to see he had been wounded.
The teen was taken to Creighton University Medical Center with injuries not considered life threatening.
