The Cassgram reports that the combination of “extreme drifting” with this storm and “the back-to-back timing with the last storm” makes this a difficult situation for the county.
Late Sunday afternoon, Thorne was predicting that 80 percent of the county roads would be open to at least one-way travel this morning. He was hoping for 100% but could not say that with certainty.
