A UNO student was arrested after he was allegedly intending to distribute marijuana.
According to police reports, officers were called to UNO’s South Campus December 2nd around 1:30 in the morning to assist a security guard.
The guard told police he noticed two men sitting in a car and saw a small bag of marijuana and a glass pipe sitting on the back seat.
Officers received permission to search the car. They found baggies, a scale and an undetermined amount of marijuana in an athletic bag.
20-year-old Ismael R. Barajas was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
