Shenandoah woman, teen killed near Clarinda The names of the woman and teenager killed in a go-cart/truck accident near Clarinda, Iowa Saturday were released Monday.

The names of the woman and teenager killed in a go-cart/truck accident near Clarinda, Iowa Saturday were released Monday.
Twenty-nine-year-old Tabitha Rodriguez and her 16-year-old cousin Shyla Rodriguez, both of Shenandoah, Iowa, died when they were hit by the semi.
The truck driver has been identified as 63-year-old Paul Mellencamp of Clarinda.
The Iowa State Patrol says the go-cart was being driven by Shyla, who pulled out of a private driveway and turned in front of the oncoming semi on Q Avenue south of Clarinda.
