One person was pulled from a burning vehicle by an Omaha Police officer following a crash on a highway overpass Sunday morning.

Rescue crews were called to the 24th Street overpass above Interstate 80 where an SUV had crashed around 1:30 a.m. Several people were initially trapped in the wreck when it caught fire.

An officer responding to the scene pulled the last victim out and fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze. No one was hurt.
