Iowa Man Killed By Train
A 911 call from Burlington Northern reported that its train going through Malvern, Iowa had hit a person. Sheriff's deputies say the man had been lying on the tracks.

A 911 call from Burlington Northern reported that its train going through Malvern, Iowa had hit a person. Sheriff's deputies say the man had been lying on the tracks.
Rescue crews found the victim under the train. He was taken to Creighton University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The victim is identified as 20-year-old Christopher Aguirre of Malvern. Deputies say it is not clear why Aguirre was lying on the tracks.
