A Portland, Ore., woman has been arrested after sheriff's deputies in southwest Iowa found 65 pounds of marijuana in two large, gift-wrapped boxes.
The Daily Nonpareil in Council Bluffs says sheriff's deputies stopped 51-year-old Robin Klein Monday afternoon on Interstate 80 in Pottawattamie County.
A drug dog sniffed out of the marijuana hidden in the boxes, which were wrapped with bows.
Nearly $6,000 in cash was also found in Klein's car.
She was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, among other charges. She was released on bond on Monday.
No attorney for Klein was listed in online court records and a telephone listing for Klein in Portland has been disconnected.
