Nebraska's first youth-led group focused on preventing tobacco use will host a conference near Hordville next month.
The group, called "No Limits," is accepting applications from Nebraska students interested in learning about tobacco-related activism and attending the Nov. 21-22 conference.
At the conference, students will learn about the tobacco industry's marketing efforts and teach participants what types ofactivism can be used to distribute their anti-tobacco message.
Nebraska children in grades 7-12 are encouraged to apply for the No Limits Fall Summit. Applications must be postmarked by Wednesday, Oct. 21. Application materials are available online at www.NoLimitsNebraska.com.
