A 44-year-old Lincoln man who was acquitted eight years ago of sexually assaulting a child has been charged with the same offense in a different case.
Steven Printz was charged Monday with first-degree sexual assault, sexual assault of a child and felony child abuse. He is being held on $75,000 bail.
The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office says a girl came forward last week to report that Printz has abused her starting in 2000 and ending in 2005.
In 2001, a Lancaster County jury acquitted Printz of sexual assault of a child, involving a different girl.
