One of the eight people charged in the murder of an Elkhorn man enters a plea in court. Jeffrey Hill has pleaded guilty to being an accessory to murder.

Brian Carson was found dead in the trunk of his car, which was parked on 234th Street in Douglas County, in April 2009. Police say he died of blunt force trauma at his Elkhorn home.

Investigators say Hill helped Carson's son, Ryan, move the car after Brian Carson's death. Earlier this year, Hill's parents described him as a loyal friend. They insist Hill had no idea Brian Carson's body was in the trunk.

Hill's bond has been reduced to ten percent of $5,000. He has been ordered not to have contact with any of the people charged in the case, which include Brian Carson's son, estranged wife, and daughter.

Sentencing for Jeffrey Hill is set for November 24th. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine.
