A Mead, Nebraska teenager was killed in a crash at 214th Street and West Center Road Friday night.

A pickup crossed the center line, hit a car, then struck two other vehicles around 7:45 p.m. The driver of the pickup, 19-year-old Nancy Wallen, was killed. It's unclear why her truck crossed the line.

The drivers of the other three vehicles were hospitalized. No word on their conditions.
