Congregation Witnesses Spirit From Above

The congregation of All Saints Episcopal Church in Omaha took their service outside Sunday morning. "Looking Up!” was the theme of the celebration.
On the lawn of the church at 93rd and Blondo, they got an up-close look at a hot air balloon and treated themselves to some high-flying pancakes, all meant in keeping spirits high.
It was a chance for church members to enjoy time with each other and welcome in new members to the family. “That's right, positive theme for a positive time, at least for us in our congregation,” said church rector Tom O’Dell.
The congregation focused Sunday on “celebrate and come together,” kicking off a new year for the church.
