The Plattsmouth Park Board is asking you to contact the police department if you see anyone vandalizing the parks.
Rhylander Park has had a recent streak of incidents involving breaking off of tree limbs, trashing the restrooms, trashing the playground, etc.
The Cassgram reports that Plattsmouth Park maintenance workers have been spending considerable time each morning cleaning up from the day before.
“Considering the cuts the department has had to endure, it is even more of a hardship to keep the parks a nice place for all,” says a Park Board statement. “We ask the help of local citizens by calling the police if they see anything suspicious.”
