US Airways Announces New Baggage Fees
US Airways is joining other airlines in bag fees.
The Phoenix based carrier says it will match the $20 first checked bag and $20 second checked bag fees American Airlines started earlier this summer.
In addition, US AIrways says it will match a $50 second checked bag fee on Trans-Atlantic flights.
US Airways will continue to charge a $5 service fee for checking bags at the airport.
The fee is designed to drive customers to usairways.com to check their bags.
