ATV Driver Booked in Fatal Crash
After a fatal ATV crash last weekend, almost one week later the driver is booked. The accident happened in Valparaiso, Nebraska, late Saturday night.

After a fatal ATV crash last weekend, almost one week later the driver is booked. The accident happened in Valparaiso, Nebraska, late Saturday night.
A group left a block party on an ATV. Police say 24-year old Myles Virgil was driving the ATV with three other people on board. Virgil lost control on a dark trail, sending the ATV and everyone on board down an embankment.
21-year old Brenda Strizek was killed.
Virgil had been in the hospital. Now he's booked on a charge of felony vehicular homicide. Police say he had been drinking the night of the accident.
