Police investigator Andrew Kennan says the arrest was the result of an investigation into Neumeister’s alleged involvement in a possible sexual assault and distribution of marijuana to a 15-year-old girl.
Neumeister was jailed on suspicion of first degree sexual assault and distribution of drugs to a minor.
