Thieves Target Unlocked Vehicles in Blair
Blair police are asking for help finding a vehicle thief. They say the burglar is targeting vehicles left unlocked and with the keys inside.

Blair police are asking for help finding a vehicle thief. They say the burglar is targeting vehicles left unlocked and with the keys inside.
On Monday, June 22nd a red 1998 Toyota Tacoma pick-up was stolen from the 500 block of South 3rd Avenue. Three days later, the burglar hit again.
This time, a black 1999 Nissan Frontier pick-up was taken from the 1600 block of Butler Street in Blair. Officers say there was a lawnmower in the bed of the pick-up.
The Nissan was found west of Bennington and had been stripped of some of its parts. The Tacoma has yet to be located.
Both of these stolen vehicles were left parked unlocked and unattended with the keys inside.
